Way better than iPhone

I got this removed because it had a competors name on the review. Ill try not to invlove the "competitors" name on it. Well I've had every single phone from the "competitor" we all know who it is. Ive had the first one including the the original to recent one even the inbetweens. The S7 Edge is my first Android device that I love and find easy to use. I had the "double tap to unlock phone" but I would barely use it due to me wanting to stick to the "competitor". If i had the choice between the "competitor" or samsung I'd choose samsung anytime. I really wish I would have started with a Galaxy. It been about a month now and I haven't even touched the "competitors" phone. I'm hoping to get the S8 when it comes out as well. The reasons for this is that that the S7 has better customization which sold me from the start. It's software is a bit more complicated but due to not really knowing the settings and geuestures of the phone. I mean from being so used to the "competitors" phone since they're barley alike even when making a call or messaging. I also love the curved edge even though from the start I'd hit the sides a lot. Another great thing about it is the water resistant/proof since I go swimming a lot in summer. Side to side the "competitor" and S7 are comparable being used for their own purpose but the shortcuts and animations on the S7 makes it faster and easier to use even though from the start it didn't feel like it was. I'm glad I did the change and I hope samsung keep on pulling out great devices like the S7 Edge. I can't wait to see what samsung pulls out of their sleeves next.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

Not worth it

I was enjoying it at first. But the phone kept getting hot. That worried me. So I decided to let it go.. I loved my Galaxy S3 and wanted a new one. But it did work out for me. Too bad.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, it would get too hot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst phone battery I have ever had

1. On stand-by, battery loses 50% in 4 hours. In 6 hours, 70% (laying in car center console)
2. No way to download photos. Great resolution, but not usable other than displaying on the phone.
3. Screen is over sensitive. A case is a must and even then it does things on its own,

Love all the features with one small issue

Love everything about this phone however if I had known that it was extremely sensitive I wouldn't have purchased my phone touched my travel mug in my cars cup holder causing a weird spider Crack at the top of the screen....so right now I have mixed emotions and at the time of it happening I only had the phone for 3 weeks so I'm dealing with it

The best of all great devices

The best device to date. I have had many devices ( cell phones ) but without a doubt this S7 Edge is the best. With great looks , awesome features that are easy to use and great support you won't find a better value. The screen size is perfect, fits in the pocket with no problems. Great battery and water proof with expandable memory, this device will not disappoint. Thanks to Samsung for listening to the consumer.

I just want to say this is by far the best phone I have ever had. I love the edge display it and how you can make quick and easy calls,messages and go to your apps just by swiping from the side of your screen. The camera is awesome! It takes amazing pictures and the speed of the phone is wonderful. The battery lasts all day and even into the 2nd day without having to charge it and to charge it from almost being drained takes such a short time. Thank you Samsung for creating such a great phone.

Love this phone!

This is my second Samsung phone, but my husband and I also have two Samsung tablets, a Samsung TV and a Samsung desktop computer. You might say we like Samsung! The big reason why we have chosen all of these items is because we can "share" everything between each and every one. This makes things so much easier, as we don't have to learn a different application for all of our products. I really like the camera on my new S7! It's even better than what I was used to on my previous Samsung phone. My only minor dislike is in the design - mainly where the on/off/volume controls are located. I am a small person, with small hands, and it's a bit difficult to operate without "bumping" the wrong button. But I still love it!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, camera is great, love the ability to interact with other samsung
Cons: volume/on/off button design a bit uncomfortable

It seems like Samsung is setting us up to fail by making this phone. It's way too thin and slick. There's nothing to hold on to so of course you're going to drop it. If you simply have to have this phone, can't live without it, make sure and get a case for it immediately and make it a strong one because this phone is made out of glass front and back. So the first time you drop it without the case it shatters the whole phone not just the glass screen but the back of it also. Even if it does still work there goes your waterproof. I would recommend getting a different phone.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, all glass and hard to hold onto.
