Best smart phone on the market

My last phone was the Galaxy S5, and although it had minor issues, I still loved it.
Samsung seems to have ironed out every problem since the earlier models and made the S7 into a nearly flawless product.
I originally bought the S5 for the IP67 water resistance feature, which I loved. When I saw that Samsung brought this feature back on the S7 with a rating of IP68 I couldn't have been more excited. This phone will keep kicking after being fully submerged, making it the perfect phone to take on a fishing trip.
The UI on this phone is great, the battery seems to last forever, and with added features like the slow motion camera and the availible gear such as the vr headset, this phone can't be beat.
Granted I've only been using this phone for a few weeks, so far I love the phone, and have had no issues with it. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone.

Great phone but not for small, arthritic hands

Steep learning curve for senior citizen's first smart phone. Great features but fingers tend to fall on the power button during calls. Sleek design, but how about pair of finger dents above/below the power button and one for thumb below volume controls?

All around fantastic phone.

Let me start by saying I love this phone. I debated between the s7 and s7 edge for quite a while. I ultimately decided to spend a little extra money and get the s7 edge. So far I have no complaints. The design and camera are both awesome. The phone is definitely large but it doesn't feel unbearably large. The camera takes amazing pictures and the auto focus is super snappy. I love all the features and customization. The waterproofing, multitasking, and battery are all extremely useful. The battery never disappoints me. It easily last all day from about 7 am to 10 pm. I can also plug it in for only 45 minutes and the fast charging will take me from 20% to 90%. Lastly the display. It is amazing. I was skeptical about the edges but they are actually awesome. First off the edge panels are very helpful and it looks great. The screen is amazing and the way it just falls off around the edges still amazes me. Overall fantastic phone and other phone companies better step up their game if they want to catch up.

Terrible screen design

I would not recommend the Edge to anyone. No case protects it and breaks with the shortest drop.
Cons: screen not durable

I have had my phone 4 weeks now and I LOVE it. Easy to use and fully loaded! Love the water resistance and SD slot!

I used to not love Samsung earlier as it had a plastic body. But now it's Samsung time. Great phone altogether. Watch out for the edge!!
