I upgraded from a Galaxy S5 to the Galaxy S7 Edge and I was very surprised with the differences. -The screen is MUCH bigger and BRIGTHER which makes viewing videos a pleasant experience and the edge portion of the screen doesn't interfere or detract from the viewing experience either. The screen itself can get pretty bright and is easily viewable in direct sunlight. This phone has a 5.5 inch screen is just a little larger then my Galaxy S5, and is a well balanced and comfortable cell phone, possibly the best every.
The battery life was better than I had expected. I get to listen to music via the built-in speaker at work and play music all day or stream Pandora for an entire 10 hour and the battery is sitting at around 80% .. I would say that I am a moderate user and the battery easily lasts me from 7am until 11pm with about 55% battery life left..
The built-in speaker is a little weak as far as sound quality is concerned. It works great for phone calls and I haven't any issues with people hearing me or me hearing them while talking via "speaker mode which is great".
I thought that the phone might be awkward or slippery to handle without a case but that isn't an issue at all. The S5 that I previsously had was like holding onto a wet bar of soap but the S7 Edge isn't anywhere near that slippery.
The addition of a micro SD card slot was a welcomed feature but only selling the phone with 32GB of internal storage left me a bit confused with that design decision. That's more of a nitpick than anything really, could have easily went with 64g, THINK OF THE CUSTOMER SAMSUNG.
There is a lot of hate towards Samsung's Touch Wiz UI because it used to have hangups and it would bog down after a while. I've owned the phone for about 2 to 3 weeks and, so far, the phone is fast at everything. I can have 6+ apps actively running in the task manager and it doesn't miss a beat.
The camera has been agreed on as the best camera on any smartphone by a lot of reviewers and I think I would agree with them. It's really fast to focus from one object to another and pictures come through clear and crisp and show a ton of detail. I haven't played with the more advanced camera features yet but snapping simple pics is pretty well streamlined and super easy to do.
SAMSUNG, YOU HAVE OUT DID YOURSELF, this phone is wonderful and I am proud to own 2 Galaxy S7 Edges. Thank You
Gorgeous to look at; easy to use (even for a non-techie); super ways to customize and make it my own. Great jog AGAIN, Samsung!
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight

I took a shower with it just because I could. This phone is amazing. I had the note phone since the note 1 and had to ditch it for this. I love the look and feel of it. I just tap to pay anywhere I go and I never have any issues. Freaking great job!!
Water resistant, fast, lots of memory, easy to add more memory, big battery, doesn't overheat, great camera, great screen, lots of features, easy to maneuver/learn, allover an amazing phone. Samsung has outdone themselves once again.
Cons: speakers aren't the clearest or loudest but is wa

Love that I don't need to charge my battery every day. Even when it's down to 20%, I'm still good for at least another 8 hours. The phone is very comfortable to hold and the screen is large enough to see everything.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!
