Easy setup

Easiest printer set up I have had in years. The colors of the ink are rich and saturated. Operation is user friendly and I can now print from anywhere to my home printer. Amazing.

Easy installation. Truly quick. Am printing from my computer and tablet with no difficulty whatsoever! Perfect for the home user. Really, really pleased. After setting up and using other brands of printers, I have to say this experience with Epson will make me look to Epson for all my printer needs in the future.

Best wirelesses printer to date

This is not the first wireless printer I've used, however, it is, to date, the best: easiest to set-up, most user-friendly (I would be SURPRISED if my 6 yo nephew couldn't set it up), and the best quality printing hands down. Just superb.

This is my second Epson that is small enough to sit on my dresser. It was easy to setup and buying ink online with free shipping is a dream.

Setup / Maintaining Connectivity

I bought this printer after it was recommended by a friend. I received it, followed all the package directions for setup and it didn't work. Wouldn't even print a test page.
Started over; downloaded the updated drivers/utilities from the Epson webpage, went through the whole process yet again. It printed a test page but when I tried to print a document, all I got was that the printed wasn't connected. Re-entered wifi passwords, ran setup again and now it won't print anything. I even tried setting it up using a printer cable and got the same results.
I've spent way too much time trying to get a simple printer to work in my home office - something that is supposedly plug-and-play. My intention is to unplug it, package it back up and send it back for a refund.
At least my ancient HP worked when connected with a cable. Unlike this thing.
