Very unhappy with this washer

We purchased this washing machine 2 months ago and are not pleased with it at all. It skips rinse and/or spin cycles. We have to rerun a spin cycle or a rinse cycle. It leaves soap in the clothing. Being serviced today.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very quite machine. User friendly and straight forward, if you are a "simple man" who is turned off by the " high efficiency" washers being shoved down our throat because of government regulation this is a great choice. To you lady's that do the lion share of the laundry this machine will save you time and frustration.

Great top load washer

Purchased to replace a 13-year old washer that was failing, motor going bad. Happy that this one fills "normally" for selected wash loads. Agitation incorporates an updated system rather than the old motors, and out-of-balance loads are no longer a problem. Cleaning results just fine, and best of all, it's QUIET-a bonus in a smaller house. Would happily buy it again.

Nice large capacity washer

Disappointed it didn't show the water levels for each of the printed notations. I have been juggling the levels since October. Final spin not as 'drying' as wanted which makes the dryer work longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good machine, without all the bells and whistles

bought this machine after the previous machine finally quit after 35 years. we wanted a similar machine also with an agitator, basic water level settings, and the common wash cycles. most machines these days dont have agitators, but do have load sensors which decides how much water to use. based on first hand experience with load sensing machines-once the lid locks, you cannot re-open it without restarting the load sensing cycle, and your wash time doubles. our model came with stainless steel basket-so far have not noticed any clothes snagging on the basket. the high speed spin cycle does a very good job, although clothes bunch up against basket wall, need separating and a second spin cycle. the transition between cycles doesnt seem very smooth. otherwise happy with this reasonably priced machine.
