poor wash and rinse

I bought this washer in October 2014, I do not like the way my clothes come out not very clean and heavy with water. The cycle that should wring out the water does a lousy job. The washing cycle is poor. I've tried many detergents but it's not the detergent I use but the washer itself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Large tub to wash bedspreads!

Overall OK. It is somewhat noisy and rough on some clothes. It cleans many clothes well on high water setting!
