After a few months we have had no problems with the washer. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the cycles take a little long to run.

Inexpensive, fairly large capacity, extremely noisy. Clothes are coming out clean and fairly dry after last spin. Don't purchase for a small apartment or a little home if you need to run this at night. Agitation cycle is a long series of whooshes and clicks. All okay according to the manual but loud. My husband said it sounds like an airplane flying over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans clothes

I bought this less than 2 years ago. Of course, just outside the warranty, the washer starts leaking inside so it fills without being started or running. From the beginning, it's always snagged clothes and twisted them around the agitator, sometimes ripping them. The only good thing is that it did do a fabulous job at cleaning the clothes. I just wish it was built to last rather than replace yearly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
