Have had this machine for one day now and it seems to be working as advertised. Makes different sounds than the unit it replaced, but not offensive. Seems to spin dry clothes better than my old washer. Like the fact that it is a basic machine without all of the bells and whistles that are never used.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent cleaning

I purchased this last week, and my laundry is coming out clean! The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star was because the agitator moves so slowly compared to the older models. I thought it would not get my clothes clean - but it seems that the newer models have a slower agitator action. Other than that - I couldn't be happier so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

poor wash and rinse

I bought this washer in October 2014, I do not like the way my clothes come out not very clean and heavy with water. The cycle that should wring out the water does a lousy job. The washing cycle is poor. I've tried many detergents but it's not the detergent I use but the washer itself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
