My washer and dryer died on the same day! I did a lot of research and I got exactly what I wanted. No HE, no locking lid, water level that I could adjust, and many superb features. I got all that and more and QUIET. AND excellent price from a reputable company! and I got the matching dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It gets totally unbalanced with only six towels in it do not like this washer at all

The machine seems to clean very well, but when spinning it is extremely noisy. We have to close the laundry room door because of the noise. It also has a light wash cycle but not a delicate setting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best part of this washing is that there is no lock and you can open at anytime. However, I wish the agitator worked like the ones in the old days.

Waited a year and a half before reviewing. I'm very satisfied with this washer. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because if you wash too big of a load of clothes, it doesn't spin the clothes as dry as with regular loads. We only have a 2-person household so it's ok for us. It's extremely quiet unless it's on spin. Would be an added benefit if it had a "gentle" cycle but still happy with it! :)

This washer has proven to be a great value. Bought it for a good price at The Home Depot. It cleans extremely well, is very quiet and has good features for the very reasonable price. We couldn't be more satisfied!!
