We bought this one about three months ago, the motor went out on it and they came out very quickly and fixed it like new!!!!

I bought this washer several months ago, Have had very good results so far. It replaced a front loader which I had about five years. Control board replace, pump repaced, ? relay replaced, and then control board doing weird stuff and need replacing again. This washer not as efficent money wise, but does better cleaning. I hope electronic control lasts, but sceptical.

Poorly designed!!!!

Absolutely hate this washing machine, so sorry we went back to GE.. Do not like the frequent unbalanced loads, no matter how we load it. My previous non GE washer had an automatic shut off when load was unbalanced. Also poor rinse cycle and does not always drain all the water and have to put it back through the spin cycle again. Will never buy GE again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
