Poorly designed!!!!

Absolutely hate this washing machine, so sorry we went back to GE.. Do not like the frequent unbalanced loads, no matter how we load it. My previous non GE washer had an automatic shut off when load was unbalanced. Also poor rinse cycle and does not always drain all the water and have to put it back through the spin cycle again. Will never buy GE again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This washer performs well. My main complaint is that it tends to spin off balance quite a bit. But overall, I am pleased.

Decent machine.

I like the size and still having an agitator, but there are a few things that i dont care for. There is just enough room atvthe base of agitator for things with draw strings to hang up on and get streched out, also bra straps too. And the large size is great but sometimes with smaller loads they end up becoming unbalanced and bunch up on one side. Does an excellent job for large sheets and big loads of towels or jeans thought!
Also, i feel i should menrion: the orignial ine i bought, the entire wash drum came apart just one month after i bought it, however, GE quickly replaced it with another brand new machine, with no hassel. So i feel confident it was just one "bad" machine, thecreplacement has done well after several months of use.

I do wish it had an extra rince on one of the cycles tho, my ladt machine did and i liked that feature.

Best Washer Ever!

Bought this to replace another GE washer and am so glad I stuck with GE. This washer has all the features I need, especially a large capacity tub. The wash cycles are not overly long and the clothes are always clean and fresh. This is by far, the best top loader washer we have ever owned.
I would recommend this to a friend!
