No more noise!

We purchased this washer to replace an old one. Never realized how noisy it was until we started using this one. So quiet we had to check to make sure it was running. Wonderful features...so many choices and the clothes come out clean!

Would not buy this model again had to have 2 service visits one to dianogse problem and another to install common replacement part

At first I was unsure if I was totally satisfied because occasionally a load would not spin out the excess water to my satisfaction. I made smaller more versatile loads and the problem seems to have corrected itself.

An "average" washer

I wanted a simple, relatively inexpensive washing machine without a lot of toots and whistles. This washer has 5 water levels and 3 wash cycles. Two of the cycles are essentially the same - one is for whites and the other is for colors. The "white" cycle has longer washing time (by 6 minutes), but, other than that, they are identical. In hindsight, I should have opted for a more expanded variety of cycles, like a delicate setting or a pre-wash setting, for example.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simple to use; cleans clothes thoroughly

I've had this washer for a few months and it does a great job. It's much quieter than the HE washer I had and cleans the clothes better. It also cost half the price of my previous washer. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but does its job well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
