I bought this machine brand new in August, the Agitator down by the flippers cracked in November the repairman came out in about 3 days didn't have part had to order took 5 more days (had to go to laundry mat) ok all fixed right, but in January that Agitator also cracked and just order the new part again thank god its still under warranty but what happens when warranty runs out will I have to buy a new agitator every two months. I did a lot of reading reviews and such before I bought this machine and never seen a bad review about the agitator I can't be the only one with this problem there is space under fins that cloths get caught in, please GE make a better Agitator for this machine Otherwide the machine works great but with a very poor Agitator it makes in junk

This is one of the few washers on the market that still has an agitator. It seems technology is doing away with them. Such a shame! I tried one of the newer models without the agitator and it was awful! Very little used in the machine, didn't get my clothes clean, violent twisting of my clothes left them looking looking like twisted ropes. Clothes I would not have to iron needed ironing. :-(((. I was so happy to find this big tub washer with an agitator and a normal amount of water for the washing. I could not be happier!!

I love this washer...

I bought this washing machine a few months ago and I couldn't be more pleased. I love the stainless tub. It stays cleaner than the traditional white tub. I also love the size of this tub.
And most important, the clothes and towels come out very fresh and clean. It spins well and I have noticed that my laundry dries quicker because of this.

This machine runs quietly too. There are clicking sounds between cycles but that is the only time it is loud. One thing I didn't realize until I looked it up was the water saver feature during the rinse cycle. The tub will fill to half of what size the load is during the rinse cycle. This is a nice feature and a good reminder to be cautious about adding the proper amount of detergent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Like the size and quiet operation but it doesn't spin dry very well. Clothes are just under dripping wet when the cycle is complete.

I have had this machine for over a year and really like it. It's simple, washes my clothes perfectly and is a regular agitator which is what I wanted. I have not had any problems with it tearing any of my clothes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Happy to have a new Washer

I just bought the top loader with ss tub. I replaced a Maytag of 25 yrs. (it was still working but on the last leg) so far I am very happy with the new washer. The clothes don't seems to spin very dry. but it may be the way I fill it. If it last for half the time the maytag I have no complaints.

I posted a review stating why I do not like your product, but since it included a complaint of damages caused by one of your appliances it was deleted. So I guess I will just leave a simple post saying I would not recommend your appliances and see if it to will be against your policy.
