The first few times we used this washer, we didn't think it was working. It is so quiet you can hardly hear it! I love the capacity, as you can put quite a bit in the basket. It seems to do a very good job getting everything clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Product dead out of box, numerous repair attempts.

Product leaked water on floor upon installation, metal-to-metal grind heard immediately, agitator separated from basket three times damaging basket ring.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use

Just got it yesterday and really like the way it works. Not much noise and spins the clothes out well. Easy to use and I have always appreciated GE products. I have dishwasher, fidge and stove and like them also.

Bought 6mo ago, only issue is spin for heavy type materials do not spin all the water out as did my previous machine (Ge) did. I used the same drain hook up.

I'm used to being able to use hot water for my laundry but this model does not allow that. It says hot but the water us actually lukewarm.
