We bought ours about a month ago. We like being able to select the water level we want, & it has an agitator. Our previous washer didn't have either. Our clothes & towels seem cleaner now.

Get's my clothes clean!

This machine replaced my 20 year old GE last year. I waited to write this review until I knew the product based on actual use. I really wanted another agitator washer, but this one is different. It really agitates the water and swirls the clothes through the water at the same time. I wish it had a glass top, so I could see exactly how the clothes are being cleaned. It is extremely quiet, but if you stand close you can hear the swishing inside the machine. The machine agitation is so strong that I have to put any clothing with thin straps (cami top and T's) in a small laundry bag for washing. But, I'm not complaining about the strong agitation, because it really get's my husband's dirty work clothes clean! I would have given this product five stars, but if the load is not evenly distributed on light loads the machine makes a loud banging noise during the spin cycle. Other than that I am really pleased with my new GE washer.

Love the ability to wash large blankets!

I bought this washer a month ago and am so excited to be able to wash all our large blankets at home!! No more trips to the laundry mat to do super sized loads!

Good washer

I bought this washer 2 weeks ago to replace similar GE but 11 years old model. Was looking all different brands/models and decided to stay with the same GE. Have had good experience with old one, now like the new one the same. Big factor was the size - compact 25 deep with big enough capacity 3.9 cu and ability to choose amount of water. Simple in operation. So far very happy with my choice. Work quite, washing quality is good, rinsing good and spinning almost dry.

the color,,,the instruments,,,ect.the customer services was regular, no many washer in the floor, on the store,,they have to improve that..

Nice, but: TOO SLOW!!!! The new generation of washing machines are too slow on regular cycles. Also, it's rinse and wring feature is weak when it comes to anything thick like towels.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this washer approx. 3 months & so far so good! After having TWO front loaders that didn't last any time I chose to go with the plain, simple model, which this is. It works perfect for my husband & myself. It has no real bells & whistles which is fine with me (less to break).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good basic washer

It works. Big, deep stainless steel tub. I'm 5'4" and have to almost stand on my tiptoes to reach bottom of tub. My load of clothes looks tiny in this size tub after they are washed. Washer is loud but works like a washer should. I'm happy to be able to choose the water temperature, size of load, and cycle. No real complaints.
