Works great!

I bought the washer and dryer as a set about a month ago. Had researched the washer prior to purchasing. So far it has performed very well with all sizes of loads, water levels, temperatures and wash cycles. Time needed for a load is very adequate to get the clothes clean, but not too long. The controls are simple and easy to read. Dials feel a little stiff, but perform accurately once set. Capacity is very good. Love the stainless steel tub. Makes a little more noise than my old one, but not bad. In short, it's a big, beautiful washer that does the job reliably and well. Just right!

I brought this a few months ago and it's ok so far. I am having some major issue with squealing during washing and clunking during transitions to the spin cycle. I'm believing that this is a one time issue that I am experience and will be resolved once the service call is complete. I do like the price and the size of the washer.

Great simple washer

We went with this washer due to the size, ability to select a load size, and because it had an agitator. It has worked well, although is a bit loud.

I bought this washer after a parade of washers with features that were much more expensive, broke quickly, and mostly I didn't use. This time out I wanted a simple washer that didn't have a computer to go haywire after 2 years. This does a great job washing the clothes, and has just the features I wanted without frills I disn't.

Not what I expected

I want washer with agitator and this was all they had at the time. If I use softener it stays in the bottom of the tub. So now I have to use the sheets. Doesn't agitate like I thought it would. I still like the old agitators that really cleaned cloths.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The machine is ok. It washes the clothes. Not many bells and whistles. If you are looking for a basic washing machine, this is not a bad choice.
