works very well made in usa unlike the matching dryer that i bought by being mislead by at least 2 ge reps and 2 sales people

I've never had a washing machine without agitator and I must say it is a treat! No worries with delicates and very efficient use of water & detergent.

Metallic grinding on agitation cycle

Installed this 1 day ago and immediately noticed a very loud grating or scraping sound while washing. This can't be good. Also pushing the electronic cycle control in does not stop the washing as it is supposed to. C an i make lemonade from this lemon?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
