Metallic grinding on agitation cycle

Installed this 1 day ago and immediately noticed a very loud grating or scraping sound while washing. This can't be good. Also pushing the electronic cycle control in does not stop the washing as it is supposed to. C an i make lemonade from this lemon?

Bought recently. Washer has a great capacity for family washing. Spins the clothes out so well saves on long drying times.

We had repair men come twice and we have the machine three months. We will be returning it. Very disappointing.

just got this washer . i took and read the instructions on it first .
worked great just got to take a little time and learn how all these work .
very quit great spin cycle it looks like it is going to be a great machine for the price .
not a lot of bells and whistles great for us and looks good

Really Different From Old Style

Spins very fast but quiet. Very efficient. Does not allow you to get only hot water into drum, it is always mixed, but only minor inconvenience. Uses a lot less electricity.
