If over loaded it will slosh water out a lot of water

Tangles my clothes

I bought this for a rental unit I own and although I'm not there right now to use it every day, I did use it for a month when it was first delivered. It made weird noises and all of my clothes got tangled around the bottom of the center pole. I hated this washer and am bothered that I left it in a unit for tenants to use while I am so far away. I would expect to replace it as early as next summer when I am back in that property and have to use it again. No, it did not clean my clothes any better than any other unit I've used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wish I had my old front load back.

DO not like water temp control which your people have said is a gov't mandate. No matter how careful I am putting clothes into washer it seems to go out of balance often. I now remember why I don't like top load washers. Had a GE front load before this one but were unavailable this time. Cleans good. Have mixed review

Flooded Basement

Machine was only 4 months old. Basement flooded due to faulty timing part. Not just a few drips, gallons of water.
