Large capacity tub very deep

I was very surprised on how deep the tub is, in the store it looked deep but when you load it with clothes you can tell

I have an issue with the water temperature. The warm setting is at best luke warm and that's when I shut off most of the cold water intake!
It also doesn't spin enough - the clothes are sometimes still too wet to go into the dryer and need another spin cycle.
Be careful with strings on hoodies: they can get stuck underneath the agitator in the center of the machine and cause the machine to start bumping and banging...
There is no delicate cycle either.

Wanted a washer that was easy to use without a lot of bells and whistles. This washer fits the bill and does a very good job getting clothes clean. Very happy with this purchase.
