I am glad that i bought the GE washer and i really like when it starts wash cycle its very cool and it gets along great with my whirlpool dryer just great ! best friends lol t u Peter Vasky

Disappointed.

I purchased the washer/dryer pair when my old washer quit working. I was basically forced to go with the GE brand because the other brands of dryers were almost an inch wider than the GE and would not fit in my laundry space. I am happy with the dryer but disappointed with the washer. It is noisy, many times does not stay balanced despite my efforts to keep it balanced and the water temperature is cooler than expected. The hot temp setting is barely warm and the warm setting almost cool. I am short in height and the depth of the tub requires me to go on tip toe to remove clothing. I could have gone with a front load set but chose not to for several reasons, one of which was that I had always been happy with my top load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love, Love, Love my washer!!

It works great!!!! When we did the first load, my husband and I stopped it, started it then stopped it again and finally saw the paper that explained how quiet the washer is, we laughed because we had thought something was wrong with our brand new washer. There wasn't, we were not used to a quiet one LOL

Super load never works always have to hold reset wait while water gets over level of clothing
