wonderful washer

I purchased this washer several months ago and have never regretted it. It does everything I wished for in a washer. I can adjust the water level at any time; open the lid to add clothes, it has an agitator, which I will NEVER do without again , the cycle time is wonderful and the spin speed does not ruin my clothes. It is also quit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased GE washer, dryer, microwave and dishwasher all in the past 2 years. Half of these products have already broken down.

bad spin and drain

bough this washer 6-9 months ago. keep having to setthe spin and drain cycle to pump the excess water out. had a repair guy out who said we used too much detergent and water. Did what he recomended, still have same prob.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased one year ago, I've already had the repairman out to address the water fill-up on rinse cycle issue. he replaced the timer & the pressure switch & it still does the same thing... not good. Would like GE to replace my washer w/ a newer 'like' model. current model # GTWN2800D1WW s/n HA121634G

I had a top loading HE machine that I hated. Love that I can control my water level and it does a very good to excellent job at washing. I am disappointed that it did not have a delicate cycle.

Washing and spinning

I bought this washer about 3 months ago. I hate how it washes my clothes, it took me 2 months to figure out that it has to be perfectly level to spin your clothes out. Doesn't even compare to my 10 year old washer.
