New washer

Clothes come out very clean, but the machine makes a loud scraping noise at the outset before the actual wash cycle begins. Scraping noise is heard again at the end - assume it's the stainless steel tub. Also, absorbent items (i.e. towels) cannot be loaded at the bottom as then retain water and don't spin out completely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No electronic panel

I chose this model because it has NO electronic panel, not a lot of bells and whistles to have problems - as in other more expensive models. However, I am concerned that "HOT" is lukewarm and never gets really hot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After looking at all of the "new" style washing machines that no longer have an agitator, I decided to stick with one that did. I have heard nothing but negative reviews on the no agitator models as they don't get the clothes clean, but this one does.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The machine runs smoother from the ones I had in the past what I really like is there is almost no noise as the machine rinse / spin NICE TOUCH GE

Replaced a twenty-three year old washer that I thought was doing a good job. I was wrong. The clothes are so much cleaner and softer and smell so fresh.

Great capacity!

Just hooked up this big capacity washer less than a month ago & love it! Huge capacity, quick & efficient, I use as little soap as I can & clothes are coming out clean & smelling good, my previous washer would lock & you couldn't just throw stuff in after starting the cycle so I wanted to be sure to NOT have that feature this time! It's quiet too. Had a bit of a problem once when I stopped the cycle just a few minutes in when I realized I hadn't used enough water, so did the reset & decided to try a different wash cycle & when I turned the selector knob while still pushed in - the OFF position - it started when I got to the next cycle, I pulled & pushed but it just stayed ON, I spun it to the next OFF & it stopped, but then stayed on again at the next cycle selection so I just stayed there & let it go through the entire wash cycle, haven't had a problem since then, but now I'm watching!
I would recommend this to a friend!
