does not remove all water from clothes after spin cycle. I have to run an extra spin before putting into dryer if it is a large heavy load.

Cleaned stains well with treatment. Clothes had water removed so less time in dryer.

Hard on clothes

I am a SWF and have business clothes and nice casual clothes. They are now pilly and aged looking because of the lack of water used in the rinsing cycle and the harsh spinning, even on "delicate" cycle. My cami tops' straps constantly get caught under the agitator blades, which ends up stretching them to twice their length, & breaking the stitching as well. I intentionally purchased a top-loading washer to avoid these problems from an HE machine but it didn't work out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
