Not like the good old ones

My last washing machine lasted about 12 years. This machine does not get the whites as clean as my old machine. we are very disappointed.

Nice big drum!

It's been years since I bought a new washer, so this works differently than the older models, but I'm pleased with how it washes my clothes. I absolutely love the big drum!

works, spin cycle jerks to stop, level problems.

Not a quality product. spin cycle very rough throws clothes to one side so I have leveling problems from this action. When you fill and don't shut the top it will still continue to cycle,drain and stop. It should stop when lid is lifted.

Bought this an then read horrible reviews ! I must be lucky because it works great !! No problems , very quiet . Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it does wrinkle your clothes up pretty good during the spin cycle but still not a problem . Would buy it again !

I purchased this washer the fall of 2015 and am unhappy with it because they tell me none of the new machines spin out the dirty wash water or the rinse water as before (through the outside holes in the tub), it sucks all the dirty wash and rinse water down through all the clothes you have just washed out the bottom of the tub?? Why?? The machine has just washed the clothes and then it sucks that same dirty water back down through those clean clothes?? Does that make sense?? Not to me!! Another problem is you can set the machine to wash in hot water but you get warm water, so we have to fill a pail with hot water and fill the tub to the desired fill line by pail!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
