It’s a good washer, but it steals the strings to my sweatshirt where I can not get them. Honestly the worse washer I’ve had.

We bought this washer in 8/2015. Good washer until 3 months ago when a grinding noise started. The repairman stated it would be cheaper to purchase a new washer than to repair this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought a house with this washer as New, but it does not wash out clothes clean, very slow as if it is just slightly shaking the clothes.

Loved the washer but it went out @ 6 year mark.

I loved this washer. It was basic which is why I liked it. There was no lock so I could add things if I needed to and I could adjust the water level. It lasted for 6 years before the clutch went out. Had it replaced but it still didn’t work right. After 3 “repairs” it was time to say goodbye. I wanted t but another like it but sadly couldn’t find anything like it. I got a LG and I absolutely hate it. Wish I could buy a basic one again. Only 3 stars because I feel it should have lasted longer than 6 years.
