Agitator Broke

We bought it new - within a year the 4 lower flippers of the agitator completely snapped off. Clothes never seemed cleaned and in fact - clothes were often not mixed and were still dry on the top layer even at highest water capacity! I liked the simplicity and the stainless steel drum, but the agitator flippers broke early on and I believe that is why the clothes were still dry and not really clean!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine overflowed and caused much property damage to my laundry, kitchen, hallway, and bathroom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
