lacking standard features too cheap

I knew I did not buy the most expensive model, but this washer does not even provide features to soak or do a delicate cycle. It goes out of balance frequently and the load has to be adjusted. Overall I feel I should have gotten more for my money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using it for a few months & love the extra large capacity! It really does a great job the clothes come out so nice! And it is so quiet you barely hear it run!

Worst purchase ever!

I bought four months ago, and it constantly goes off balance. It is very noisy. It does not spin correctly. I will have to purchase another new washer after not even owning this one 6 months. I would not recommend to anyone!
