Doesn't Rinse, Rips Clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not understand the positive reviews on this machine.
It does not rinse the soap out of your clothes. After the wash cycle it drains but does not spin. Then it adds a small amount of water, agitates, drains and spins very rapidly.
Result is not a real rinse, clothes go into the dryer still soapy, and the is a gap in the agitator fins and the bottom of the agitator, so straps, pockets, drawstrings get caught in the gap, and with the high speed spin, the clothes twist and rip.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Waste of money and energy!

This washing machine is lousy and was a poor investment. The clothes do not get clean. I thought maybe I was overloading the tub, so I decreased my load size, after washing my clothes still have dirt smudges from normal everyday wear. After warming up in the clothes ie: pants, shirts, underwear etc. I begin to smell body odors from previous use, such as deodorant, perfume, cologne to name a few. Its disgusting as well as unsanitary. I had a repair tech from where it was purchased come over to see if it was malfunctioning and I was told it was in perfect working condition. HA! Its a washing machine that doesn't get my stuff clean? That is not in working condition. I am highly dissatisfied and if I could get the $too much spent$ returned that was spent to purchase this piece of junk I would in a heartbeat. Never again GE. I purchased GE product because its made in America...this piece of junk machinery is how you pride yourselves using the "made in USA" thing? overpriced garbage.

We purchased this product a month ago and I have never been so disappointed. The washer simply is no good. It makes an awful banging noise when it gets ready to spin and I need to open the lid and move things around. It does not matter the load size. I bought in part because of the energy efficient aspect but since I am constantly having to respond the loads to get out excess water, again does not matter load size. Very very disappointed

Simple to use

Only 2nd day, but have had no problem, a perfect throw back washer, just a simple select size, temp, wash selection and go. No lid locking, no click clack load balancing, add a little water, rebalance junk! Quiet washing, just a little noise on spin, but no problem. Wash cycle 40-45 minutes. Love the ease of use.

WE BOUGHT ON 9/25/2015 IT JUST DOESN'T SEEM LIKE ITS GETTING THE CLOTHES CLEAN AND THEN IT FEELS LIKE ITS NOT GETTING ALL THE DETERGENT OUT. I THINK WE WILL JUST TAKE IT BACK
