This is a great washer. Does not have a locking lid, which was my requirement. It is very quiet.

Terrible controls

Had to buy this model to fit through door, it's not as wide as other models. Control knob does not immediately start cycle..there is a long wait. Also, you can not open lid to add something you dropped because it stops the machine and it does not restart when you close the lid again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part this washer functions well with a normal load of wash. However, after a large load I find a redeposit of film from the rinse water. Also it has no setting for a higher level of water for pillows which cannot be agitated top to bottom. Top half gets wet due to absorption but doesn't really get washed unless you flip halfway through wash and then again during rinse cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is so quiet, sometimes I have to check to make sure it's working. I love the abundance of settings. The only problem I have had is getting enough water in the tub. "Precise Fill" is always too low, and even 'Super" isn't enough for a large load.
I would recommend this to a friend!
