We bought this washer after the one that we had for years quit. I love it. I am amazed at how quiet it is during the wash cycle. Great product!

Broke in 5th month, flooded house

When I purchased unhappy with no balance control. Keep it anyways. Five months in a limit switch broke and flooded my kitchen. Complete loss to ceramic tile and can't get the same tile to replace.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Washer just delivered today. No shipping damage, everything looks good. A few different sounds than our old GE. I guess that's why they included the blue info sheet about the operation of the product, but everything worked Great. GOOD BUY!!
