Almost a month down, and really happy with the performance of my new washer! I was deciding between a unit without an agitator, but thanks to the reviews, I decided to go with the agitator model.
Its so quiet I have to peek under the lid to see if its running. I like the wide variety of water levels it offers too. I find a lot of fancy stuff isn't needed, this unit provides everything our family needs!

We have owned this model for just over a year and it constantly goes off balance!! Had a service repair shortly after we got it now its wrecked in the same spot again!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this washer to replace a 6 year old machine. They don't make machines to last long. This one sounds like an airplane taking off . Very loud when spinning.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!

Purchased this after my washer of 15 years just quit one day. I wanted a basic, dependable washer that had good reports of reliability, excellent spin capabilities, and just plain old solid washing abilities. I needed a machine that could handle large loads of comforters, quilts and bath sheets. I didn't need or want extra bells and whistles. This machine surprised me from the first load! It is far more efficient that I expected, and very quiet. It immediately handled a first load of 6 bath sheets, followed by the next load of a king comforter and 3 bath towels. Clothes came out clean and nearly bone dry owing to the excellent spin cycle---which reduced drying time considerably. The only issue I would point out to potential purchasers is that this is a DEEP machine, and if you are somewhat short, you will have a slightly harder time reaching down into the basket to retrieve your clothes once the machine stops. Also, this machine does not have a 'delicate' cycle. This did not matter to me, but I add it for those who are looking for this feature.
