after nearly 3 months of use it is average nothing extra special about this washer
and one issue we are consistantly finding is it becomes unbalanced very easily even though it is supposed to self balance

It is a good machine, doesn't make hardly any noise.It does tear up clothes if your not careful. Don't wash anything with strings or something narrow they somehow get up under the agitator and start wreaking havoc twisting up the load. Once I figured that out I have never had a problem. I just hand wash stuff I think might get ruined.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this 3 months ago and this washer is very economical in regards to water usage and electricity. Very quite during operation. Simple to use. Cleans clothing great!

Didn't rinse off soap

We returned this for a different washer. My wife did multiple loads and had several whee there were soap suds remaining after end of cycle. Followed all directions but she was not happy at all. Was quiet but not a major point for us. Also - no delicate cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Outside of the fact that the entire tub had to be replaced a little over a month after purchase (dealer handled wonderfully...complete replacement...no cost to us) due to something breaking, the washer has been great.
