I have had this unit for about 2 months and have no complaints.
There are some interesting noises that it makes that are explained in the manual. I just shut the utility room door and you can't hear it.

This new simpler model replaced a 2-year old deluxe model that required a new control board processor every 4-8 weeks. This new one, so far, is without any shortcoming whatsoever. Every home should have at least one like this.

I wanted a washer with simple to use settings. Not interested in the razzle dazzle controls that quickly fail and are expensive to repair.

Bought this in mid-Feb and had to trade it in for a machine that would spin fast enough to remove all the water
