GREAT WASHER DIFFERENT WAY OF CLEANING
on April 10, 2013

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hydro wash system in this machine needs less water, and less detergent. I recommend using just enough water to keep clothes moving freely in the tub, warm water to dissolve the detergent, high Efficiency detergent to prevent excessive soap suds from forming . A waste line connection no more than 2 feet above the washer height will aid in the removal of water faster and more completely before the next cycle starts..
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice to find a machine with manual controls, stainless steel tub and a good agitator, machine runs smooth and quite
compared to the old one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Eats Cloths
on July 19, 2013

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had problems with this washer from the get go. Not only does it eat and twist cloths up it does not stay in balance and makes very loud noises. I wanted to take it back on the first day I used it but they told me it just needed to be leveled so we did and it helped but still makes loud noises alot of the times. I dont think it washes cloths that well either. Now it overflowed and never shut off and will not agitate. I dont recommend this washer at all. It seemed to have everything I wanted in one but does not stand up and do a go job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

doesn't wring out properly
on October 14, 2013

I bought the washer 3 weeks ago and have only done 3 loads. Each time, it doesn't wring out the clothes properly and they're too wet to put in the dryer. When I try to get it to spin a little more to drain the remaining water-by manualing selecting spin/drain, it takes awhile to get it to spin. My washer is in the basement and I had to install an extension on the hose to get the water to go up the 7 feet to reach the septic level. Perhaps the pump doesn't have enough strength to shoot the water out? Is there another model that would have a higher range to push the water up and out so the machine will drain/wring properly?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Save Your Money
on November 4, 2013

We purchased this washer a little over a year ago when our front loader broke down and we needed something now and wanted to purchase made in the USA business. It rarely spins out the water the first time, cost me more money to do a second spin cycle. When it is on the high setting for water, many times it doesn't completely fill up and has to be reset a second and sometimes third time to get enough water in the tub to do a load of washing. The fabric softener dispenser only empties partially. Save your money and bypass this one for a washer that works!
