Unhappy With Washing Machine Quality/Features

My clothes get tangled up and I am unhappy with the overall performance. Unexpected because other GE products have been of good quality and superior performance

So Quiet!

I have only used this washer once (but 6 loads) and I enjoy the quiet! All other washers I have owned had very audible agitations but this is barely audible! I like the larger capacity tub, the stainless steel and the simplicity of the knobs. I would like to have a Delicate Cycle and didn't think about it when purchasing but will try the lighter load on Permanent Press and see how that works. So far, so very good!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my new washer. So quiet you don't even know it's running. Very efficient and large capacity of 3.9CF makes large loads a breeze.

Nice Washing Machine!

I bought this washing machine about 9 months ago and so far have been very pleased with it. I bought it to replace a Cabrio that broke down on me twice and decided to go back to a more basic machine and this one had many of the same bells and whistles. It's not as big as the cabrio, but haven't been disappointed with its performance. It cleans well and for an agitator-style machine, is pretty quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

LOVE THIS WASHER

We replaced a 4 year old front loader with our new GE washer and am so happy. The clothes come out clean, it's very quiet and it doesn't take forever to run a load of clothes.
