After having put up with a new HE (low water) washer that did not clean my clothes, I went looking for a simple machine without dozens of cycles that just cleaned my clothes. And that is exactly what this washer does. Couldn't be happier!

So far, this product is good except the knob to choose heavy/regular/light does not work as well as I would like.
