So far, this product is good except the knob to choose heavy/regular/light does not work as well as I would like.

I am very happy with the washer. My husband, on the other hand, is having a problem getting used to how quiet it is when it is washing the clothes. He'll get there though.

I purchase this washer in September of this yr, and I called to have it fixed 3 times. The 1st time, it wouldn't agitate the clothes, nor spin The 2nd time, it was making a very loud noise while washing, and the GE guy came out to fix it the day before I had to call for it to be fixed again. GE , the company is really good at trying to make the consumer happy; however, with this washer 3 times I had it "Fixed" , and it still doesn't work!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

good washer but with heavy clothes like jeans and sweatshirts it doesn't spin dry the clothes good enough and you have to put them through another spin cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had this for a little over a month and very glad that I chose this one. I like the control knobs instead of the electronic stuff that is coming out on everything now. This washer has a larger capacity than the old unit I had and that is very nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!
