Easy to use

When I read Jenton1124's review that it was the perfect phone for his 11 year old, I knew that it was THE phone for this 70 year old grandmother. I'm not having any difficulty navigating, I can actually see the numbers and letters despite wearing bifocals and the qwerty board keys are not tiny. I found a ringtone loud enough for me to hear. This phone will ring when it is in my pocket and not go to voicemail. I purchased the protective case and I like the color.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

I got this phone back in october 2013, and i love it! I can text the touch screen way or the full keyboard. If im in a hurry or i have a long message to type i text the keyboard way

Nice Phone

To me the LGC395 is a nice, easy phone to use. It was strange to use @ first because I never had a touch phone before. I read the Manual posted on the internet & learned very quickly how to operate this phone.
If you read the manual carefully, you will have no problems, except through trial & error learning.
It is not a Smart Phone, so if that is what you want, this is not the phone for you, but if you want a good, basic phone, this one will fit your needs.
I have had no problems using this phone.

I got this phone free with a 2yr contract. I didn't want to pay for a data plan so this phone works. I have dropped it pretty hard and had no problems. The fact that the screen locks constantly is a bit annoying, but you get used to it. Great for texting, sound is great.

This is a great product, but it has lots of bugs

When I was unable to buy a smartphone, I went looking for a good-quality feature phone. This one fit the bill. Although I really enjoyed it, a few bugs started popping up. In just 365 days, I went from loving this phone to absolutely hating it. It crashes literally every 30 seconds, randomly.
My advice: If you need a feature phone to hold you off until you upgrade in a year, then buy it. However, if you need a phone that will last you for a few years, don't buy this phone, you can find better elsewhere. This phone has so much potential, I hope the LG Xpression 3.0 is better.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pros: Are you kidding?
This is quite possibly the worst phone anyone will ever have the misfortune to consider buying. The keyboard randomly quits, it disconnects from service randomly for hours, the bluetooth feature is completely nonfunctional, it will even randomly call people while "locked". DO NOT BUY.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
