Bad phone, bad keyboard, okay features.

I got this phone back in October, and it has been so annoying. When I text someone, it always doubles or even triples the letters. For example, I might say "dog", but the phone will do "ddooggg". The "Alt" button needs to be smashed pretty hard for it to work. The lock is a good feature, except when you are getting a phone call. You have to slide the lock up and THEN answer the call. I miss many phone calls because of this. The camera doesn't have very good quality pictures. I don't like the ringtones very much.
However, I like the widgets. You can customize the home screen with little shortcuts, which is very helpful. The way the messages are organized is nice and neat. The inbox gets full very fast, though. The music quality is nice.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this phone. I was forced to get it because my parents wouldn't get me a smartphone until I can help pay for it. I can't wait to upgrade.
Pros: Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Settings and Menus
on November 2, 2013

The sound and display are very good.
I found the settings and menus difficult to use. They lacked logic in usability.
Whenever I make a call the display locks it self and I have to unlock it to use dial pad or text. I am unable to find a way to change that lock feature.
The phone locks or closes down while I am waiting to use the dial pad to enter info into an automated answering device. Example- "push 5 for tech support".
Overall this phone is not one I would recommend.
Pros: display and sound quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good BASIC Phone

Pros - GREAT battery life. Durable. Social sites, GPS, Yellow Pages, Email, constant Bluetooth access without having to reactivate it like smartphones, microSD slot up to 32 GB, Code scanner, and awesome color.
Cons - Hard to get used to for about 30 minutes if you are used to a smart phone, blackout wait time is only up to 1 minute, have to hit back button when calling automated phone numbers to dial numbers, no real lock screen except on start-up or sim card replacement, camera isn't very good quality, doesn't send signature when replying to a text unless you make a new message, and back falls off fairly easy.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, battery life, upgradable memory
I would recommend this to a friend!
