cleaning the oven

I have had a lot of trouble keeping this very clean.
What is the best way to clean the oven. I have had no luck.
Also how does anyone get the drippings off the door window
of the oven to come out. Has anyone tried this. Please share

Condensation is a perfectly natural phenomenon of any cooking process and is not indicative of a faulty oven and does not cause any hazard. Love my new Samsung appliances!

Although I haven't been able to really cook in my new Over the range microwave and glass top convection range other than just heat a few things a couple of times because we are still in the process of our complete condominium renovation. I just am so happy with my new appliances I must comment that I love the elegant and stylish looks that these items add to my kitchen plus at what great, reasonable prices too.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive

Great Oven, Hard to Clean

I really love how this oven works! The convection feature is awesome! The stove top works great but is so hard to clean!! I am afraid I will scratch it! I want it to look nice for years to come, so I am reluctant to scrub it very hard.. and I have not been able to find a cleaner that gets burned on stuff off locally where I live.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: hard to clean!

About 4 months after use, debris got inside the double glass. Can't clean because it being on the inside. Shame on me for not reporting.
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Nice range. We have to learn how to use convection oven, but are pleased with all other features.

This is a very attractive stainless convection range. We don't know much about convection baking and will have to learn how to use. Also, when broiling there seem to be some areas of oven hotter than others, but again, we're learning. Overall we love the range, the glass-top burners, the ease of controls, etc.
Pros: Bright display

I am not sure about the black top as it shows every little smudge but I am coming from all white appliances and it is a very big change - The range works wonderfully well

Hard to clean top

I should have researched on this product first before buying this range. I am not too happy with the top of the range. It is so hard to clean even with the best tools and cleaning agents. The drawer below the oven is so flimsy too. If this was easier to clean, I would have rated this higher.
One thing I like though is the feature of having an inner and outer heating system on the top range. The oven seems to be working well in terms of temperature.

Poor quality/great features

We have had this range for 3 years it has been serviced for the same problem twice, the SE ERROR would not reset and the stove top lite also would not go off even after the cooldown. The electronic controls were replaced....if we had not purchased the extended warranty this would be all out of pocket. Samsung we are concerned about the quality of your products. We also have a Samsung dryer and it went out this morning!!!! Please feel free to respond....
Pros: Bright display, great features
Cons: Poor quality, durability
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
