This product is extremely noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had nothing but problems with this washer. It vibrates so bad on the spin cycles that it knocks the laundry detergent off the dryer sitting next to it. I have had repairmen out 3 times so far and they all use the excuse that the 700rpm spin cycle is making the machine vibrate. It is so loud that I can hear it on the main floor and the machine is on the 2nd floor. I do not recommend this unit especially if you have a 2 story home. It belongs in a basement where you cannot hear it.

Washer is loud from start to end

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, the appearance of the washer is very nice looking, nice features and the "quiet agitator" decal draws you in...however, don't let this fool you. When my husband and I started the first load the agitator didn't sound like it even had enough power to move the clothes on regular cycle. As the agitator was moving, it made me feel like I was having an asthma attack with the terrible wheezing sound it made while washing and sounded like someone was sitting in a tub splashing water. As the spin cycle came around, it sounded like I was living on an airstrip and a plane was taking off - so loud that the washer was in my basement and heard from main floor without struggle. I would have never been able to throw a load of wash in before going to bed due to the noise level. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It was delivered and returned within a couple days.

FANTASTIC WASHER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got this machine and washed a load of clothes. It is so quiet and so easy to use. It washed the clothes perfectly and I thought the cargo pants I had would not come clean but all of the stains came out. This is truly a great washer for the price. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good washer for a great price.

It is much quieter than my old machine

Worst washer I have ever owned in my 60 years. Only thing I liked about it was the stainless steel tub. Doesn't clean cloths even with minimal loads.

Excellent Machine!

We bought this washer 5 months ago and have been completely satisfied with the performance. It cleans much better than our old one and the clothes come out much drier. This takes less time in the dryer than previously. Very good washer for the money.

Less than a year and drum keeps coming loose

Worked great when all of a sudden, the drum came loose. Fixed in 10 minutes Spanner nut came loose. Now it happens all the time.

Meets expectations

We needed a washer that would fit in a tight space and wanted a top loader. Our only complaint is that some drawstrings have gotten caught on the agitator. We had already read this in other reviews though, so it was not a surprise.
