Can open lid for items I forgot

great improvement over my last one. It has many different features and is quiet and I love that I can open the door when I forget something, my other machine would lock the lid and could not open until finished running.

I was really worried about buying a new washing machine because of all the changes there are in the new ones. I've heard of many complaints of washers that don't clean the clothes. I like this machine because it has all the features I was looking for. I can control all my washing needs the way I want to wash my clothes. I'm really pleased with it's performance. It has a delicate way of washing, yet it is very effective. I feel like my washable things will last longer just because of the way it works.

Able to control water level- quiet-

I am very excited having a washer which gives option to control water level. I have had washers with automatic fill with water levels filling too much for loads especially with tiny/small loads. Nice and quiet>large capacity tub and washes very well.

Many different features

I bought this washer two months ago and am very pleased with it. This is my first HE washer and I am still getting used to the water level feature. I like this model because it still gives you the option of being able to select the water level yourself in addition to also having the auto sensor water level feature. If I feel that I need more water than what it gives, I just add a pitcher of water. It is super quiet. This model gives you the option of choosing water level, many different water temperatures, and also many different wash cycles. A lot of the other washers seem to control the user instead of YOU being able to control the washer and what YOU want it to do. I am still getting used to the wash cycles running longer (almost an hour) and the idea of the machines using less water and less detergent. This machine gets your clothes clean. My son washed his dress shirts and the spin cycle ripped one of his shirts, but this was because he did not pick the right feature on the weight of the fabric he was washing. You can pick heavy, regular or light. Once I explained it to him, he has not had any further trouble. It is a good value for you money and you are eligible to get a rebate back from your utility company because it is high energy efficient. Remember to ask your sales person about this. All in all, I am very pleased.

So quiet!

I bought this GE washing machine about 5 months ago. It took me little while to get used to the quietness and the Auto Load Sensing, but I love it now.
