too many issues

it's 2 1/2 years old and has had too many issues to deal with. Some were fixable with a "hard reset", some required my husband to troubleshoot, typically on a weekend evening when we want to do EVERYTHING but fuss with a washer. AGAIN, it is Sunday night, I'm putting in a load and the washer decides to fill the tub and then continue to blow the breaker. (Yes. We plugged it into separate outlets on different circuits. same issue). So here we are on a Sunday evening, hauling a tub load of soggy dripping laundry to the laundromat. I'm so done with this piece of junk. No more GE's ever.

Bought washer in 2013, replaced the main board in 2016. Bought it for the large tub but never filled more than halfway with water. Hate it can't wait to get rid of it. Going to replace the valve now to see if that improves the water level

Noisy Low Water Doesn't Clean Can't Switch Cycle

Horrible washer! If you switch cycle will drain all the water out. Sounds like a plane taking off. Design engineers probably never had to wash clothes. Had very limited choices due to space constraints.

Washer is Terrible

This model was terrible and I now see you are no longer making it. Maybe in the future you could consider not doing the following items. The washer would never fill even 1/2 way to purchasing a large washer was a waste. For a large family it was useless to purchase this then have to use a laundromat. It washed for an hour at a time and was loud which the repair man (yes a repair man after a few months) said would only get louder as time went by. I will not purchase a GE product after owning this machine.

Worst washer I’ve ever owned

This washer only lasted 2 1/2 years! Had to have the repair man fix the tub and the bearing twice within the first year and a half. Now as of last night the motor, tub bearing, thermistor, and lid switch are done. I will never buy a ge product of any sort. I definitely regret buying it!

I purchased this machine 3 years ago and have regretted it ever since!! I purchased it because of the large capacity...but I can only fill the basket half full because on the largest setting (I don't use the auto sensor feature), with the basket filled half way up with laundry, the water is also at the halfway mark in the basket! And rinse? Not! My hoodies and towels smell like they have sat, wet, in the washer for days!! THIS MACHINE DOES NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO CLEANING!! I wish I would have never purchased it.

Junk! Junk! Junk!

5 years with the motor dying. Initially, it was always loud, and I could not change water levels mid filling. Sometimes when I tried, the machine would empty out. Wish I had read the reviews I just found on youtube that said to stay away. Shame on you, GE.

Basically a 4 year old anchor. Every 3rd or 4th wash the spin function takes a vacation. No spin.
Sometimes I can get it to work by cycling the power button off and on, but then sometimes I have to unplug it and that works.
Cheap junk made overseas with rotten engineering.
