I wasn't prepared for how much noise this washer makes. The dials could be easier to understand plus the manual does not address the features of MY washer.

Worst Washing Machine Ever Purchased

We purchased this washing machine in mid 2012 and it has been nothing but issues. Constantly need fixing and constantly trying to balance. Now it's not washing at all (not spinning or agitating). The repairs are about the same price as a new washer. Really? Our old GE washing machine lasted 10 years and the dryer is still going. Bad choice. We just need a washing machine to wash clothing. Save all the other fancy stuff.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
