I got this machine about a month ago, and it works very well. My clothes come out clean, but not twisted up from the agitator -

Takes getting use to

Had this machine for about three months now, Pros, gets the clothes clean, has a setting for water levels, Has several settings for washing, Cons, takes some getting use to, Spin cycle is long and noisy, cycles are much longer than our old machine, but clothes come out dryer when done. We are having a problem, on three occasions the machine filled then stopped. leaving the clothes soaking till it was restarted. Oh yea! If you hand wash and want to only use the spin cycle to dry clothes it takes forever for the machine to start spinning then once started takes fifteen minutes to stop spinning. Not sure if I would buy this machine again but will answer yes to the recommend answer .

This washer has awesome features. It does an incredible job of cleaning some of my husbands very soiled clothes and is very gentle on on my delicate items. Uses very little water and is a great energy saver. I only recently purchased the washer, but so far I am very pleased with its performance.
