I had to call out service after I tried to return the washer. I had it less than 2 mos and had been sick and only had used it a few times. I discovered that the water level even on Super size load only filled up 1/2 way up the tub. The repair man came and put a new sensor in and it gets about 1" higher than it did. Not enough water to sufficiently clean clothes. They say it is High efficiency but I see no efficiency in the operation of this washer. If I could return it I would.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great washer

Bought this washer about a month ago. Wanted a washer with an agitator. Has been great! Cleans clothes well and operates very quietly. Clothes are barely wet when taken out of the washer which leads to shorter drying times. Very happy with this purchase.

Our new washer does an excellent job in getting clothes clean without making a tangled mess. It appears to use a lot less water that our old washer also. The only reason that we did not rate it with a full five stars is because the wash cycle takes forever to complete.

First HE machine, very impressed!

This is my first HE machine, and I wasn't too sure about it. However, I've had it a month now, and I have fallen in love with it! It has a lot of great features and the auto-fill is a definite plus; no more guessing the load size!
It took some getting used to using less water, but my clothes are still coming out clean, if not cleaner.
It's also a lot quieter than my old standard machine.
One feature I wish it had was an end of cycle signal. My laundry is in the basement, and I find myself going to the top of the stairs listening to see if it's done.

Good washer for value

Washer does work well,however, when loaded to capacity, when in spin cycle, the washer can get noisy. The washer has the water saver feature which is a great option.
I would recommend this to a friend!
