Great Washer!

We purchased this washer to replace an LG front loader. This washer has exceeded all expectations at half the cost of a frontload machine. We like all the wash cycles available, the multiple temperature settings and the automatic water level selection. It has all the features of a much higher priced machine. And the clothes are cleaner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best features for a washer of this size

Bought to replace a high-efficiency washer. I like being to adjust the water level or going with the HE setting. Agitator is better than low dome on HE washers. Only bad thing is the washer is noisy. Better sound insulation blanket inside would help.

The washer is terribly noisy and vibrations are terrible when the machine is spinning. One can feel the floor vibrating when it's spinning. We had a technician look at it and he said it was normal and the machine was operating the way it was supposed to. Even though it sounds like a jet airplane taking off, the clothes are not as dry from spinning as our old machine. Clothes are all tangled up together. The cycle takes over an hour to complete - too long! Wish we had our old machine back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am disappointed with my new washer. I expected the same great performance I had with my old large capacity GE washer that I replaced. But what I got was a super capacity high efficiency washer with a nice stainless steel tub that doesn't get enough water in it to wash a medium load of laundry, that GE service tells me is suppose to be "normal" ? Only fills up with about 9-10 inches of water even thou it is suppose to fill to 14 inches on a super size setting. I should have read other dissatisfied customer reviews before purchasing. Spins great but wrinkles permanent press. Buyer beware.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
