Ability to control features

I've had the machine about a month now and I have been very pleased with it. It is so nice to be able to adjust the water level to what is needed as opposed to what the machine thinks I need. The various spin cycles are great. I can pick what is needed for the load. Since the lid does not lock me out I can take a quick peek to check on things. I love knowing the clothes are swishing around and getting clean instead of just tumbling over and over like they did in my old front load washer. The size of the tub really surprised me. It holds a lot more than I had expected.
All in all I am very pleased with this washer. I will never, never go back to a front load washer again.

Unable to use to full capcity

Drum has larger drum than previous washer, but am unable to wash large loads, such as bed sheets and blanket due to low water level. What good is a large drum if you CAN NOT fill it to get the clothes wet? The product stops being useful at this point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pros: A nice solid quiet easy to operate washer. Set it and forget it. Does the job nicely. And costs less than the suggested retail price listed here. Look for it - it may be on sale.

My husband and I bought this washing machine close to one year ago. I didn't want to write a review when we first purchased it because I wanted to see how it worked. It has surpassed my expectations!!!!! I like the fact that it has an agitator (most new ones don't have). Althought it can set itself automatically for water levels, I like the fact that it has a "manual" feature for me to adjust the levels, which I use. But the feature I like the most, besides the fact that my clothes come out so clean, is that it is so quiet!!! My laundry room is next to my kitchen. I can wash clothes and still hear the TV when I'm cooking!!! Great features, great quality, great price!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this 4 months and it is falling apart already. Does not spin at all. Wish I have researched a little better and bought something else. Nw I have to deal with this piece of junk.

I like the larger size of this washer. It reduces the loads that need to be washed. I also like the stainless steel tub.
