Not enough water

washer was advertised as a super load washer, but the tank only fills up with water alf way! Does not cover all the clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

have had one replacement washing machine and 2 service calls on second one., Still not working properly. Does not spin clothes dry enough even on extended spin. Not draining completely. Need service again!!

Classic washer, but better

I was actually glad when my front loading machine died. I wanted to go back to basic washing machine with an agitator. I was afraid that I would have to go back to washing smaller loads, but I was wrong! To my surprise, this machine washes larger loads than my old front loader. It works great and has so many options, but not too many as to overwhelm a person.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just got this washer a few days ago after suffering through 9 years of front loaders. Super quiet, I can lift the lid whenever I want to add something new, option of water saving cycle or choose-your-own water level, can use any detergent I want... heaven!
I would recommend this to a friend!
