Not quite what I expected

Doesn't seem to get clothes clean enough --put jeans in and had some dirt/mud on leg and didn't get it off and got it in a shirt that was in there. Personally I don't feel it uses enough water and doesn't agitate enough

I bought this 6 mons ago and I am very very unhappy with it. It is noisey. No one told me I needed to use hot water not cold. The service man said I should have been told that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Washes very well. Extremely quiet. Just takes longer than my other washers to do a load of laundry.
